Welcome! I am Caitlin Bolanos and I am a Houston-based photographer. I picked up a camera in 2019 to learn how to photograph my kiddos. I quickly realized how much I enjoyed meeting other couples and families while documenting their seasons of life and special milestones. It goes by far too quickly, and I want to help you cement these priceless, precious, and fleeting moments.

I specialize in lifestyle photography, which means that I strive to capture natural and candid moments between families. These interactions are the ones that truly capture the spirit and personality of each family. I also specialize in headshots and personal branding photos and bring the same casual and natural vibe for professional shots. My goal is to create an enjoyable and relaxed atmosphere for my clients so that everyone feels comfortable and we have nothing but fun!

A bit more about me:

• I have three kiddos of my own, who have never cooperated for a formal shoot. So, trust me. I can relate! Your toddler is no worse than anyone else's. I promise.
• I am originally from Chicago, and my husband, Jose, is from Guatemala, but we have called Texas home for the last 13 years. I met Jose while I was getting my Master's degree at Texas A&M, and we haven't left Texas since. Against all odds, the last 11 years in Houston have won me over and I think we are going to be Texans for the long haul!
• My husband and I live for weeknight date nights of tennis and sushi. And no, I have never beaten him.
• Enneagram 8. But don't let it scare you. I believe 8's are the most misunderstood type. Sure, we make quick decisions, but we have a soft and empathetic heart.
